Certified translation of documents

A certified translation is an official translation accompanied by the translator's statement of accuracy, signature and the agency stamp. It is the format requested by most universities, employers, banks and many public authorities in Belarus and abroad.

What is the difference between a certified and a notarized translation?

A certified translation is confirmed by the translator and the agency. A notarized translation additionally includes a notary's certification of the translator's signature. We will tell you which one the receiving authority requires.

How long does a certified translation take?

Standard documents such as certificates are usually ready within 1–3 working days. Urgent and same-day options are available on request.

Can I send scans instead of originals?

Yes. For most certified translations a good-quality scan or photo is enough to start. Originals are only needed when the translation must be bound to them or notarized.
